Heron's Cove A condominium Community

Heron's Cove is a community of  one, two an three bedrooms units totaling 406 homes in 91 buildings .  The community includes more  than 20 acres of treed and landscaped property.

Board business meetings are at 7:30 pm the third Thursday of each month except November (no meeting) and December (1st Thursday). All owners may attend, however, participation in the business meeting is limited to members of the Board. 

     The annual membership meeting is held in July.

Board meetings

     A five member Board of Directors is responsible for the budget, operations and governance.  These five owners are volunteers elected by the owners of Heron's Cove to serve two years.

     The Association employs a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Engineer and Asst. Engineer to assist the Board with daily operations.
